Salaries
Salaries in Singapore are among the most competitive in Asia.
Even fresh graduates command respectable wages.
You can find salary tables online that show you how much each kind of job pays in Singapore. Some, like PayScale, offer the median wages of fresh graduates, namely from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and Nanyang Technological University (NTU).
For salaries beyond the first year of work, you may be interested in the Ministry of Manpower’s Report on Wages in Singapore. The latest was released in June 2009. The Report captures the average salaries of 238,550 full-time employees working in 3,099 companies in Singapore, according to profession. Click here for the list.
