Programmes
GIC Young Professionals Programme
GIC is a large fund management company operating globally. Our mission is to achieve good long-term returns on Singapore’s financial reserves placed under our charge.
Because people and talent are central to what we can do, we are continually looking for bright, promising and motivated candidates to join our Young Professionals Programme (YPP). The one-year YPP is conducted in Singapore each August. It starts with 5 weeks of intensive classroom training in finance, economics, investment analysis and GIC’s businesses. This is followed by 3 job rotations of 2 months each (generally one to public markets, one to private markets and one to corporate services), capped by a trainee stint in one of the departments. Those who complete the YPP successfully will be appointed Associates and start off in an area that optimises their strengths and abilities.
We invite you to apply for the YPP if you meet the following criteria:
- Possess a good Honours degree (any discipline)
- Not bonded to any organization
- Have not worked for more than four years
If you see your future career with us, email an application letter with your resume to apply@gic.com.sg.
We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
