North America

Singapore has always enjoyed strong diplomatic and economic ties with the US and Canada.

Despite our size, Singapore is consistently ranked within the top 15 trading partners of the US. Singapore is also Canada's 2nd largest export market in Southeast Asia and 21st largest worldwide.

To many expatriates and Singaporeans returning from overseas, Singapore represents the nexus between the East and the West. While the city shares many similarities with the US and Canada – language, top-notch facilities, an excellent school system and a high standard of living, Singapore is also rich in Asian influences and offers many exciting possibilities for you to be immersed in various cultures. Most of the major Asian cities, including China and India, are within a 7-hour flight from Singapore, making this country the ideal gateway to the rest of Asia.

So whether you are a student or a working professional, get in touch with Contact Singapore to find out why Singapore, a tropical island at the southern tip of the Asian continent, should be your next destination.

We welcome you to contact our Area Directors on any enquiries!
