Greater China

Since China and Singapore established diplomatic relations more than 10 years ago, economic cooperation between the two countries has grown steadily.

China is now our fourth-largest trading partner and top foreign investment destination.

As Singapore’s businesses venture into the Chinese market, Chinese enterprises and individuals have also stepped up their presence in the Lion City. These businesses ride on Singapore’s good connections with the international community to venture into Southeast Asia and beyond, while professionals leverage on Singapore’s talent-friendly environment to exchange ideas, collaborate and create value.

Singapore is a regional financial hub and growing centre for emerging technology, R&D as well as arts and entertainment. Whether for work, play or a great lifestyle, Singapore welcomes you. This is a home where you will feel enriched with a clean and safe environment, world-class facilities and education and a multicultural heritage.
